- Customized Programs allow our clients to utilize some or all of our Health and Safety services. We focus on the elements that will make your organization's Program most effective.
- Needs Analysis
- Needs Analysis is the first step in identifying areas in need of improvement and determining a successful course of action.
- Accident/Incident Investigations
- Researching an accident/incident and preventing a similar event from occurring is critical. Our unbiased, independent approach ensures that the causes are identified and action is taken to prevent reoccurrence.
- Health and Safety Audits
- Our Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) will conduct an unbiased and independent review of your current Program.
- Health and Safety Committee Training
- We will work with your committee members and supervisors to confirm their roles and responsibilities to ensure your Health and Safety Program is effective. If your organization does not have a committee, we will assist in the establishment and provide any required support.
- Emergency Response Plan
- A formal, customized and detailed Emergency Response Plan will be developed for your organization.
- Whmis and Tdg
- If your staff are responsible for handling or transportation of “controlled products” our Programs will provide the training required by the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act .
- Air Quality Sampling and Noise Surveys
- These Programs are accurately classified as Occupational Hygiene. The standards established by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Alberta Chemicals Hazards Regulations are the guides utilized for these testing processes.
- First Aid Training
- We will advise employers of their legislated requirements and provide immediate and future training to ensure that these standards are being met.
- Policy Writing
- BCL provides policies that meet stringent criteria and professional and ethical competence. Our products include specific policy writing, complete employee or corporate manuals and development of training curriculum.
